Shipping Policy

• Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. will be processed the same day.
•  Processing Time: Order processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Delivery time: The delivery time is usually 5-9 working days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping information
Once you've placed your order, we kindly request a processing time of 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery period varies based on location, typically ranging between 8-12 business days.

Once we ship your package, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package. For tracking use our tracking form on our page.

Order Cancellation, Delayed or Damaged Orders
If you would like to cancel your order or your order came damaged, please contact our customer support, we will find a solution for you.

If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us with your order number.
